Send us your hotel name and photos of your items. We'll coordinate pickup, collect eligible shopping bags or boxes from the hotel front desk, pack approved items, and arrange shipping to your home country.
Hotel Pickup & Handling: $120 upfront
International shipping quoted separately.
Clothing, shoes, souvenirs, and packed shopping items are generally accepted. However, we do not accept sealed suitcases or personal luggage unless the contents are reviewed and approved in advance.

We review your items and contact your hotel when possible.

LEAVE ITEMS AT FRONT DESK
Once pickup is approved, leave your shopping bags or packed boxes at the hotel front desk under your reservation name.

WE PICK UP & PACK
Our staff collects your items, checks eligibility, and prepares them for shipping.

PAY SHIPPING
We send you the final shipping quote based on size, weight, and destination.

TRACKING SENT
After shipping, we email you the tracking number.

ITEM LIMIT
The $120 service fee includes pickup for up to 2 shopping bags or packed boxes, up to 20 kg / 44 lb total.
Extra bags, heavier items, oversized items, or large-volume requests may require an additional fee or may not be available.
BAG POLICY
We collect shopping bags or packed boxes only.
Suitcases, personal luggage, backpacks, locked bags, and bags containing personal belongings are not accepted unless approved in advance.
Please do not include valuables, passports, IDs, cash, credit cards, or items you may need during your trip.

!The $120 service fee is required upfront to begin hotel pickup coordination.
!Hotel pickup depends on hotel approval. Some hotels may not allow third-party pickup.
!If your hotel does not allow pickup, we may suggest a nearby drop-off option when available.
!International shipping fees are not included in the $120 service fee.
!Pickup does not guarantee that all items can be shipped. Final approval depends on item review, carrier rules, customs rules, and destination country restrictions.
