Tokyo Concierge provides travel support services for visitors to Japan, including shopping assistance, phone call assistance, hotel delivery coordination, item explanation support, and international shipping support.

Tokyo Conciergeは、訪日旅行者向けに、買い物代行、電話代行、ホテル配送手配、商品説明サポート、国際発送サポート等を提供するコンシェルジュサービスです。

Additional Fees

追加料金

Customers may be responsible for additional costs, including but not limited to:

• Product purchase price
• Domestic delivery fees
• International shipping fees
• Packing fees or additional box fees
• Customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country fees
• Additional store visit fees or special handling fees
• Payment processing fees or currency conversion fees charged by the customer's card issuer

Payment Timing

Services will be performed after payment confirmation and after all required customer information is received. Estimated completion times are displayed on each service page or estimate page. Actual timing may vary depending on store availability, hotel rules, courier availability, weather, traffic, holidays, and other external factors.

決済確認後、かつ必要情報の受領後にサービスを提供します。提供時期の目安は、各サービスページまたは見積ページに表示します。実際の提供時期は、店舗在庫、ホテル規則、配送業者の状況、天候、交通状況、祝日その他の外部要因により変動する場合があります。

Cancellation Policy

キャンセルについて

Orders may be cancelled before our staff begins the service. Once shopping, calling, pickup, delivery, packing, or other operational work has started, cancellation may not be accepted and service fees may be non-refundable.

当社スタッフが作業を開始する前であれば、キャンセルを受け付ける場合があります。買い物、電話、回収、配送、梱包、その他の作業開始後は、キャンセル不可またはサービス料金返金不可となる場合があります。

Refund Policy

返金について

Service fees are generally non-refundable after the service has started. If we are unable to provide the paid service due to our own operational reason, we may provide a refund or alternative solution at our discretion. Product refunds or exchanges are subject to the policies of the original retailer, store, manufacturer, courier, or hotel.

サービス開始後のサービス料金は、原則として返金不可です。当社都合により有料サービスを提供できない場合、当社の判断により返金または代替対応を行う場合があります。商品の返品、交換、返金は、購入元店舗、メーカー、配送業者、ホテル等の規定に従います。

Returns and Exchanges

Tokyo Concierge is a concierge and assistance service, not the original seller or manufacturer of the products. Returns, exchanges, defects, warranty claims, or quality issues are generally handled according to the policy of the original store or manufacturer.

Tokyo Conciergeは、商品の販売元またはメーカーではなく、コンシェルジュ・代行サービスです。商品の返品、交換、不良、保証、品質問題については、原則として購入元店舗またはメーカーの規定に従います。

Unavailable / Restricted Items

取扱不可商品

We may refuse requests involving prohibited, restricted, dangerous, regulated, oversized, fragile, perishable, counterfeit, illegal, or export/import-restricted items. Certain products may not be eligible for hotel delivery or international shipping.

禁止商品、制限商品、危険物、規制対象商品、大型商品、壊れやすい商品、生鮮品、偽造品、違法商品、輸出入制限商品等に関する依頼はお断りする場合があります。商品によっては、ホテル配送または国際発送に対応できない場合があります。

International Shipping Disclaimer

国際発送に関する注意事項

International shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, inspections, delays, loss, damage, or delivery restrictions are controlled by third-party couriers, customs authorities, and destination-country regulations. Tokyo Concierge is not responsible for delays, customs decisions, import charges, or courier issues after handoff to the shipping carrier, except where required by applicable law.

国際送料、関税、輸入税、検査、遅延、紛失、破損、配送制限等は、配送業者、税関、配送先国の法令・規則により決定されます。法令上必要な場合を除き、配送業者への引渡し後に発生する遅延、税関判断、輸入費用、配送業者側の問題について、Tokyo Conciergeは責任を負いません。

Hotel Delivery Disclaimer

ホテル配送に関する注意事項

Hotel delivery is subject to hotel rules, front desk policies, storage availability, guest name matching, and delivery acceptance by the hotel. Tokyo Concierge is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, or refusal caused by incorrect hotel information, incorrect guest name, checkout timing, hotel policy, or the customer's failure to receive the package.

ホテル配送は、ホテルの規則、フロント対応、保管可否、宿泊者名の一致、ホテル側の受取可否に従います。ホテル情報の誤り、宿泊者名の不一致、チェックアウト時期、ホテル規則、またはお客様の受取不備により発生する配送不可、遅延、受取拒否について、Tokyo Conciergeは責任を負いません。

店舗在庫に関する注意事項

Product availability, prices, purchase limits, store hours, and sales conditions may change without notice. If an item is sold out or unavailable, we may suggest an alternative item or cancel that portion of the request.
